– Monitor fuel consumption and expenses
– Store and manage vehicle documents digitally
– Receive reminders for important dates and maintenance schedules
– View driving statistics
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
– Providing accurate information about your vehicle(s)
– Maintaining the security of your device and iCloud account
– All data entered into the application
– Ensuring compliance with local laws regarding vehicle documentation
4. Data and Privacy
Your data is stored locally on your device and may be synchronized with your personal iCloud
account. We do not collect, store, or have access to your personal data on our servers. Please refer
to our Privacy Policy for more details.
5. Premium Subscription
5.1 Subscription Terms
– CarMentor offers a Premium subscription with additional features
– Subscriptions are billed annually through your Apple ID account
– Payment is charged upon confirmation of purchase
5.2 Auto-Renewal
– Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current
period
– Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
– Renewal price equals the current subscription price
5.3 Managing Subscriptions
– You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID Account Settings
– No refunds will be provided for unused portions of a subscription period
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of CarMentor, including but not limited to design,
graphics, text, and code, are owned by CarMentor and are protected by copyright, trademark, and
other intellectual property laws.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
CarMentor is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or
implied, including but not limited to:
– Accuracy of maintenance reminders or date calculations
– Uninterrupted or error-free operation
– Fitness for a particular purpose
Important: CarMentor is a tracking and reminder tool only. It does not replace official vehicle
documents or professional mechanical advice. Always verify important dates and information with
official sources.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CarMentor and its developers shall not be liable for any
indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
– Loss of data
– Missed maintenance or document renewal dates
– Any decisions made based on information provided by the app
– Vehicle damage or accidents
9. Third-Party Services
CarMentor may integrate with third-party services such as:
– Apple Maps for location-based features
– Apple’s StoreKit for in-app purchases
– iCloud for data synchronization
Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.
10. Modifications to the App
We reserve the right to:
– Modify or discontinue any feature at any time
– Update these terms as necessary
– Change subscription pricing with notice
Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or the app.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of
Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be
limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in
full force and effect.
