VoiceOver Support

Full VoiceOver Compatibility Every element in Habit365 is fully accessible via Apple’s VoiceOver screen reader. Navigate through habits, statistics, and settings with complete audio descriptions.

Descriptive Accessibility Labels All buttons, toggles, and interactive elements have clear, descriptive labels that provide context about their function and current state.

Accessibility Hints Additional hints guide users on how to interact with elements, such as “Double tap to mark habit as complete” or “Swipe left to delete.”

Screen Change Announcements When navigating between screens, VoiceOver announces the new context to help users understand where they are in the app.

Voice Control

Voice Control Input Labels Multiple voice commands are supported for each action. Say “add,” “new,” “create,” or “habit” to add a new habit – the app understands various ways to express the same intent.

Hands-Free Navigation Navigate the entire app using voice commands. Open settings, browse templates, view statistics, and mark habits complete – all without touching your device.

Supported voice commands include: Menu, Add, Templates, Delete, Settings, Statistics, Save, Cancel, and many more.

Dynamic Type

Scalable Text All text in Habit365 respects your system text size preferences. From the smallest to the largest accessibility sizes, our interface adapts seamlessly.

Scalable UI Elements Icons, buttons, and touch targets scale proportionally with text size, ensuring comfortable interaction at any size.

Minimum Touch Targets All interactive elements maintain a minimum size of 44×44 points, meeting Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines for accessibility.

Reduce Motion

Motion Sensitivity Support When “Reduce Motion” is enabled in iOS settings, Habit365 automatically reduces or removes animations throughout the app.

Instant Transitions Complex animations are replaced with simple fades or instant transitions, preventing discomfort for users sensitive to motion.

Real-Time Detection The app continuously monitors your accessibility preferences and adjusts instantly when you change settings.

Color & Visual Accessibility

Color Blind Mode Enable high-contrast color schemes optimized for users with color vision deficiencies. Our color blind mode uses patterns and shapes alongside colors to convey information.

Dark Mode Support Full dark mode support reduces eye strain and improves visibility in low-light conditions. The app respects your system appearance preferences.

High Contrast Colors All text and UI elements maintain sufficient contrast ratios for readability, following WCAG guidelines.

Haptic Feedback

Tactile Responses Feel confirmation when marking habits complete, navigating menus, or completing actions. Haptic feedback provides a non-visual way to understand app responses.

Distinct Feedback Patterns Different actions produce different haptic patterns – success feels different from errors, helping you understand outcomes through touch.
